Selected as an Expertise 2018, 2020, and 2022 Best Child Support Lawyer in Charlotte, Melissa Clark-Ford is a Family Law Attorney with over 18 years experience helping clients reach their legal goals in custody, child support and divorce. She graduated with Deans Honors from Indiana University - Maurer School of Law in Bloomington, Indiana and holds dual degrees from Penn State University. She also studied international business law and finance at  The Hong Kong University.

 In 2010, she was recognized by the National Association for Professional Women for excellence. She also received six consecutive Pro Bono service awards for her dedication to helping those in need with legal services. She served as Board Director for Smart Start Centre County and is a certified Family Financial Mediator.
